WHERE IT STARTED
Like many casting directors, Tiffany Renee Bear began her career as an actor After completing advanced degree in Vocal Performance and an undergraduate degree in Music Education and Theatre.
She quickly realized what excited her the most was the versatility and diversification of performing across multiple mediums while also teaching/directing and coaching.
Before long she was not only on stage but also on camera, in the voice over studio, print modeling (and even Showroom and FIT Shoe modeling!) while maintaining a private voice studio, serving as an award winning theatre director, music director and acting instructor. (When she managed to eat and sleep we still have no idea.)
After living in the Northeast and working in Philly/NYC, Tiffany and her husband spent several years in the Southeast market before relocating to Southwest MO to join the cast at Sight and Sound Theatre in Branson, MO.
Because of her drive for and love of versatility and multiple mediums it didn’t take long for Tiffany to get to know to the very vibrant film community in Missouri. Because of her exceptional knowledge of and relationships with talent she became the “go to” for recommendations, frequently getting phone calls from producers to assist in finding quality talent when they were in a pinch…
BEAR CASTING became the natural outflow of “a visionary with an eye for details” who loves people and sharing their stories. You could say BEAR CASTING became the meeting place of all of the things she is and loves.

OUR CASTING DIRECTOR, Tiffany Renee Bear, has an eye for talent, extensive knowledge of the talent pool and is always on the lookout for fresh faces and undiscovered gems.
BEAR CASTING has had the honor of finding incredible talent for a variety of projects in multiple genres from stage to film—and everything in between—for clients across the globe.
Tiffany also teaches a variety of classes and masterclasses and loves bringing up new talent and challenging “old pros” to continue to grow in their craft.
She can also be found assisting Elite Acting Studio (in partnership with Shelley Waggoner - SAG AFTRA PRESIDENT of the Mid Missouri Valley).
She is available for limited private coaching sessions.
